6.5 Mio KSH / 1.0 Mio KSH Deposit = 5.5 Mio for finance by 9.5% interest charges so after 21 years its yours (so 250 month x 50T KSH)

Simple calculations gives you 10 years to pay 5.5m considering you have put 1m down. This however does not take into account the interest of 9.5%. Probably it will be about 12 to 15 years.
