Honestly. I think Payday 2 did it better with perks than Payday 3 because Payday 2 made you feel like a Demi-God. (I know you guys will disagree but it’s not my fault Payday 3 died on release, blame the developers.)

Man PD2 is just so much more superior than PD3 in everything. I wish we had the same depth in build creating but instead that also got dumbed down. A lot of ppl disagree with PD2's skill system and whatnot, but i'd prefer this anyday than PD3's. I wanna feel powerful in a videogame and turn my brain off.

Parkour aced will get you killed more than it helps you, don't use it Quick Fix aced on medic bags is terrible, use Painkillers aced, it makes your inspires so much better since your teammate can tank more shots to get into cover Also, no bullseye, dodge benefits massively from bullseye since if you hit a headshot you can tank another shot, which makes you very hard to kill since you will dodge most shots and armour gate the shots that do hit you

I mean you are right on this guy's build. But on death sentence it can help you survive maybe lets say from only 1 heavy zeal shot to being able to survive 2 heavy zeal shots to break armor or maybe some more light zeal shots (depends on what build you use ofc, for some players painkillers will do absolutely nothing) now being able to survive even 1 extra shot would actually be great IF people used inspire properly and not use it on a teammate surrounded by 10 billion cops that is instantly gonna die after being revived no matter how many resistances you give him if someone doesn't help him clear out the zone. So in conclusion, you can use quick fix if you sucj ass at inspire

​@@matemo9752 uhh tf you talking about also painkillers is so much better as on ds heavis will do about 37 dmg per shot so with decks like armorer and anarchist you can tanks alot of shots and when taking medbags or inspire quick-fix is useless as because with medbags you have to use a charge to get that 10% dmg reduction and for inspire argument the 5 sec dr boost let's you survive enough to get to cover unless you have made a brain dead play but yeah if you run inspire without painkillers then throw a flash or clear cops but at that point just do a manual rev. Also you only get 2 medbags so the extra deploy speed from quick-fix is also useless.

@@lunarambur2849 where'd you pull out the 37 dmg from? with painkillers aced, after you revive someone a heavy will deal 67.5 damage. With armorer you can get a max armor of 280.5 which will normally let you survive 2 heavys without any resistances. With painkillers aced, an armorer will be able to survive 4 heavy shots. Anarchist maybe yes, you can survive a lot of shots, but anarchist shouldn't be played for total amount of armor but rather for the armor regen so you can constantly armor gate and avoid damage to the health, using normal suit on anarchist will save your life more than using ICTV and also let you build for way more damage with crits. The extra deploy speed CAN help, imagine being in a situation where you have 0 downs left and you have to use a medic bag, and lets say cops are right outside the room about to enter it, in this situation you can try to kill them all to give you time for the med bag but it would be a much safer choice (depends on perk deck) to just rapidly deploy the med bag with no worries and then kill them all safely with all your lives and health back

Anarchist with max armor, ICTV, sucks because you do get all that armor but the time for it to regen will be increased so much at a point where you won't be able to keep up with the damage. Anarchist should always be played with no armor or very light armor to maximize its armor gating potential and allow you to get more speed and more damage with crits to play as aggressive as possible, so basically your armor will constantly come back even while killing units which will allow you to almost never take a single health shot even if you play aggresively and know what you are doing. So idk what you were on about at this part You don't just randomly use a med bag to get the 10% reduction, and even if you do, it heavily depends on what build you are playing to determine if the 10% reduction will really be THAT needed (mostly not). The deploy speed is not useless, yes you do get only 2 med bags however in most cases you really won't need to use both and can keep 1. Imagine this situation: You are on a map and you are quite in the open, you have a bit of cover but its not perfect as there are ways for you to still get shot, you don't wanna move from there because you have 0 downs left and might die but you also don't wanna take long to deploy your medic bag since a sneaky cop might go into one of those positions where they can still shoot you when you are vulnerable. Here the deploy speed feels like a hand from god. It IS a specific scenario and some perk decks (mostly that have invulnerability) CAN just kill all the enemies around and then deploy the med bag, but most of the builds with those perk decks don't use inspire aced or even inspire at all because it would be useless and a waste of points if you already have invulnerability and can easily manual revive. If you don't go for inspire at all and just want doc bags aced and you only want either quick fix basic or painkillers basic so you can get to it without spending too many points, here quick fix basic is also better to take with the med bags because the basic reduction from painkillers with no aced is absolutely useless. I'm not saying that pain killers is bad, because it isn't and in most situations is BETTER to take than quick fix with doc bags. > What im saying is that quick fix is not ENTIRELY useless

quick fix aced with doctor bags is not a good idea what so ever. inspire aced is a waste of 8 points. no bullseye. why underdog aced, it literally does nothing in this build. no hardware expert. fire control basic instead of steady grip aced. parkour aced literally kills you more than it saves you, since you can't reload cancel by sprinting. shockproof basic. heavy crossbow instead of light crossbow. no speedpull mag. rogue is a terrible perk deck, hacker literally gives more dodge, has heal on kill, can stun enemies, and is overall just better. also why doctor bags on dodge lol. sneaky bastard aced is such a waste of points. incendiary grenade. what the fuck is this build, and please don't say "but it's for mayhem and below", hiding behind the "it's not for ds" is not an excuse to make a terrible build. lmfao
