As the Pearl from this game I find it really funny how I noticed that they where following you around and calling you before you did, honestly it was pretty distracting. Very much hope that Starbreeze adds vote kick soon especially with the advent of VOIP in October.

Nothing infuriates me more than someone ruining other people's experiences for their pleasure, so seeing them get their comeuppance feels like there's still something right in this world. At least OMB still has Votekick as part of the initial focus, so hopefully, we'll be seeing that in the coming months.

The exact same thing happened to me funnily enough I was playing boys in blue too and a nameless dude decided to stay in the evidence room and not escape and when got downed he crashed the server

You definitely won there mate. Yeah sure, the point of the game is to win the heists. However when someone starts pulling this on you, you've been pulled into whatever game their playing. Which explains how you felt so invigorated when he crashed the heist. The game you were pulled into is someone getting what they wanted. You wanted to end the heist. He wanted to prevent that. He didn't want to end the heist until he heard an apology.... He didn't want to crash the heist, affectively ending it. You forced him into making a decision he didn't want to do. You forced an individual to do something they didn't want to do without laying a finger on them. Once he died, he lost the game he put you in. You wanted to end the heist - Winning the heist, or getting him to crash the heist was the same end goal. - Again, you're not in a payday heist. You were in the game of getting want you wanted, and you won that battle. Absolutely hilarious how the Dozer didn't decide to look away as you ran right in front of him, the dozer stayed on the cheater, forfilling his life-long dream of justice...

And making different and interesting videos i enjoy making, at first i wanted to make videos on like why payday has this or that problem and etc but no because i know everyone in the community has done it so many times and are milking it. This has been my nightmare since the beginning of playing the game, and it really sucks that you had to go through this. However, I doubt their blank name is a cheat; there's lots of unicode BS you can do in various games to make your name display as an empty space

The thing about the kicking system is that in payday 2 dickheads will kick you for no reason as soon as you join the game sometimes. Game does need a kicking system but it’s going to get annoying real fast if people use it just to be assholes.

Ok but then again people are running around ruining people's fun and can they do anything about it? No Not only they are wasting time completing objectives and enduring their nonsense hostage holding, they are also losing rewards they could have gotten. For payday 2's case of people getting kicked out for no reason are mostly 2 reasons. 1 they are cheating or using scripts 2: they are too low level or are using meme builds which 90% of payday 2 playerbase do not like

Those were host kicks, not vote kicks. Even with the fact that there’s not very flattering people who used it (host kicking) for such little reasons, it allows players to choose to not play with people who could ruin their experience. Vote kicking requires the lobby to agree that someone must be removed. Its use would be much more limited, but also will prevent people from having to deal with those who’d ruin their experience.

I Completely Disagree...!!!...I understand the proposal, but people are Childish A$$holes & it will become Payday 2 all over again. People being kicked while trying to learn the ropes OR just because their not following Your orders. If anything add Loud & Stealth options. I've been jammin Payday for over a Decade & I simply don't enjoy Stealth. I won't ruin a public lobby attempting it, but it's boring as hell for the Loud players. If crews wanna go Stealth, an Invite Only would be their wisest course of action. As far as a$$holes in gaming goes, their Universal.

@@just1randomboyo - In your particular situation I truly sympathize with you. And could understand the concept of a group kick. At 950hrs currently on PD3, I guess I've been fortunate not have encounters with these Trolls. What I fear is people abusing it again. The biggest complaint I heard for years from new players to PD2, is that everytime the get settled in they would be kicked from the host. I quit joining public lobbies years ago on PD2 for that very reason. Even my character at Max level would be subject to the same. I always hosted & would only kick someone if it was warranted (the scenario you speak of would certainly qualify). I'm simply weary of them opening a can of worms they can't close. However, if I was being trolled in game I might feel another way...✌

@@greyjackal7221 it can be annoying for new and veterans to get kicked for no reason but its something that we might need to prevent cheaters and hostage holders from ruining it. Trust me with 3k hours on payday 2 i always got kicked out on death sentence heists because i wasn't running a meta build.
