Payday Bars. 💥

1 cup sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup p-nut butter
6 cups rice chex cereal
1 cup peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a large pot on the stove add in sugar and corn syrup, mix well . Turn heat on high . Don’t walk away, this goes quick. Once you see the mixture start to simmer start a timer for about 1 minute. After 1 minute turn off heat. Add in the peanut butter and vanilla. Mix until the peanut butter is melted. Add the peanuts and cereal. Mix this gently so you don’t mash up the cereal. Pour into a lined 9x13 pan then let it cool for a few hours.
Cut into desired size and enjoy
