Theoretically if you are a gaming God you can beat the game without jumping of course if you don't include Mario waking up at the beginning of the game and lost kingdom as jumps because you can use Cappy in two player mode after defeating the final Bowser to skip a jump gamechamp did a video on this not that I would want to see another jumpless video but I just wanted to point it out

That True But someone Found out That Two Jumps Doesn't Count on the counter (Oh Also Talking count) as well Wall-Jump doesn't count (Since the game consider it an cutsence) And the 3rd one can be pass using Two Player Mode Using Cappy to bounce off of cappy So Teachlly you got 1 jump Only which It Werid Since the last Bowser Jump Counts So Mario do an Normel jump (It only effect if you touching the ground that why talking counts)
