Sure, It's impossible of ever happening, but if a shit ton of people stopped paying for this crap, Sony wouldn't be making profit off it. It's like a *boycott.* If everyone starts refusing to buy a product, then the company will have no choice, but to change how they do business. So if we did the same to Sony, they might stop making people pay for their online pass bullshit. Keyboard and mice aren't fun to play on. The Xbox controllers feel so amazing to play with. The only reason I would ever use a keyboard on pc is because a controller vs a keyboard isn't a fair match up. So I lose my comfort to not die every 2 fucking seconds. you realize someone has to pay for psn servers right? if you don't pay a yearly sub the network gets overrun with hackers and ddos attacks. psn is a barrier that enables legitimate play by forcing would be cheaters to give up their credit card info. Consoles are sold at a loss (they cost more to make then what you buy them for.) They have to make up the cost or they go out of business. so either game prices go up (80 to 100 dollars per), subscription prices go up, or console prices go up and I'm sure you don't want to pay 700 for a ps4.

You should. It's worth it. Games are cheaper, there are frequent sales, and best of all, free online. If you take the money you'd spend on a basic PC and a console separately and put that money together, you can instead get a very good PC which will smoke any console and save you money in the long run. Just don't get a pre-built PC. Building it yourself will save you money and it's a very fun expericence that you can also learn from. There are plenty of PC building and setup tutorials online, so don't hesitate to look at them. Trust me, it's way easier than you may think and not intimidating at all.

I'm almost positive Nintendo will keep online free again for the NX, which could be a huge advantage for them against Sony and MS. What makes it worse is you'd think there'd be no cheaters online if you're paying online, but if you play an older games like COD4 or WAW, there are cheaters up the ass, and there's nothing you can do about it. And like I said about cheaters- I PAY YOU FUCKING MONEY TO PLAY ONLINE AND I GET HACKERS RUINING THE EXPERIENCE?? No thanks. I do still think there's a place for consoles for some ppl, but that keeps dying and dying down. For gamers, exclusives are the ONLY thing keeping consoles truly relevant, and MS is starting to put those on PC. Nintendo is he only one ppl will buy consoles from along with their PCs in the future. If we pay for Internet, we deserve to play online. If we pay for online, we deserve a luxury experience with no cheaters or as many shut downs by hackers as they get.

Lately I’ve been mostly playing single player games, the only reason I would pay for Xbox live, was to play the master chief collection, Titanfall 2, monster hunter world, battlefront 2, gta 5 and plants vs zombies garden warfare, most of those games are on pc, so I’m done with paying to play online, instead I’m just going to save up for a pc, besides most console exclusives are ending up on pc so what’s the point of even having a console right now.
