I have watch your video also the "How To Prepare Interim Payment Application For A Complete Project". I understand 100% in this video here, the progress cumulative amount is always deducted with 10% recovery, 10% retention and previous. but in the other video you have its different a little bit with the part of "advance payment remaining.. my question is what is the difference between these 2?
