Never felt so good after getting off the grains the last 2 months. Even after 4 days I knew no grains was the way to go for me. I've leaned out, kept muscle and my stomach has never been so comfortable. Thanks Mark for the info. 1st heard you on Joe Rogan podcast.

Does that include white rice?
@im_so_bored38962 жыл бұрын
@@zacw812 i heard white rice is the lowest in lectins, virtually no phytates of all of them. i am grain and legume free but i do eat rice 3 times a week. you gotta have some form of carbs, i'm not carnivor enough to have just the meat :)).

@Mia Margin yeah but i'm underweight i need to gain some. plus roots and tubers aren't good either. potatoes have lectins and oxalates. which sucks cuz i love potato puree.

Grains are not poisonous though U should be more concerned with meat and dairy which are both high in saturated fat which is a major risk factor for heart disease

Hello, I have a question. I understand diets as a personal challenge (I don't need to lose weight but need to eat healthier) but is it okay with this diet for like at end. Of a week to have a treat or to avoid all together with primal diet? Or is there any treat alternatives you could link me 😊
