Am I correct in assuming that it is easier to get a perfect 300 with world scoring because you only need TEN strikes in a row but in standard scoring you need TWELVE strikes in a row? The number of perfect games will be higher (or if its done less often higher for percentage of games played).

Its a DAMNED GOOD IDEA. Bowling never felt fair to me. I have seen games where both players get the same number of strikes and spares and yes I know in certain situations a 9 spare scores better than an 8 or 7 spare but I mean all of the spares are 9 and the only reason one player scores more is because of that system where your bonus is the next shots added on. I saw a match where both players got two 9spares and the rest were strikes and somehow one of them lost by 11 due to how they were positioned on the score card. Yet was one REALLY BETTER THAN THE OTHER IN THEIR PERFORMANCE? its still the same number of spares and strikes. In fact, you can get MORE strikes than your opponent and if they are separated from each other and yours are in a row you might STILL SCORE MORE. World scoring is a great idea.

they explained it over and over.. still seems like a bunch don't understand it. strike = 30 pins. no more no less spare = 10 + the amount of pins you knock down in the FIRST throw of that frame. open frames are scored normally 10th frame is treated as a normal frame.

The new scoring system is more convoluted than a normal scoring system. The only thing confusing about score in bowling is the 10th frame, the new system may remedy that, but makes the rest of the game worse. Stupid system in my opinion. I'm sure there's a better system out there somewhere, but this isn't it.

Thank you for uploading the show. I don't agree w Randy Pederson about Kullic's carry. And don't agree w the Luck of the opponent. Clearly a shot to carry light, when flush, there is the 10 pin. One of the rip offs in bowling ever. Carry a brooklyn, light hit and you carry. Stupid is and Stupid does. Why do you not see me ever again bowling????????????????????????????????
@stompingpeak20433 жыл бұрын
Nope. 10 pins happened for them because the ball came around the side of the headpin or the ball deflects too much(due to loss of energy). 10 or 7 pin leaves are all from the angle of entry and sometimes due to the ball. Its almost never a ripoff. Like more 95% of the time it will be knocked down when the ball properly hits the pocket at the right angle. Then the ball can lead to corners because high end balls can burn up before they get to the dry. Meaning the ball will deflect and the bowler needs to ball down. Kelly needed to ball down and Liz needed to throw better shots in this telecast. No bad luck at all.

No offense but girl have like no hook or power in the ball but guys have how come?
@pagames15317 жыл бұрын
On average females have less base power in their body, it becomes harder for them to create that kind of power because it is going against the natural form of their bodies. So most women decide to use more of a tweener/stroker approach, which relies moreso on the technical and mental side of the game, rather than relying on trying to create too much power and possibly ruining their joints and the rest of their body.

SnackZ atPC switched accounts so maybe if you want you can watch a few of my videos. i uploaded a few practice shots. SnackZ atPC I never said they CANT, I said on AVERAGE. Even those who can create that power lots of times it takes a lot more effort to create it than men. I kinda throw the ball like a girl, not bashing myself but I do. with my body build I can't create that kind of revolution and power so I have to try different things.
