It wouldn't be so bad if it was only 1 chaos at a time and the following balances were in place: Auto-reset is followed by 2 and a half minutes of no hacks Sudden Damage doesn't bonk you And the crowd follow has the coins and shine follow you, but not bosses and random NPCs don't hurt you And for balancing sake: The infinite jump lasts for 10-20 seconds less

Good tip for the future: Green birds drop coins, if you spray them. Blue birds drop blue coins; yellow birds drop shines, and red birds drop red coins, but the red ones show up in one hidden area. If you have Yoshi, eating yellow butterflies drops coins, blues drop blue coins, and greens drop 1-Up Mushrooms.

If you need some free shines go for the hub world ones like the box breaker shine, the secret pipe near the lighthouse level, the shine buried in the sand near the lighthouse level, and the chucker shine where you're thrown into some kind of tower.

yeah the mario 64 chaos did a lot of stuff that made it more difficult to platform, like the giant mario, sign mario and crazy directional stuff, but not many things that just broke the game. And the ones that did happened less often so they felt more earned

Quick Tips: In Dolphin, you can use the Tab key to speed up the game, so that when you are waiting for the camera to get back to mario it will go quicker. And when I played in 60fps I could see that the reason mario cannot jump off of ropes sometimes is because of the forced hopping, not fallstate.

If you ever clip through a level like that where in you're in the dark blue void. If you keep jumping you won't die, and you might even be able to make it back into the level, because the ground doesn't have collision going upward.

You don't need to spray the portals to Bianco Hill, Rico Harbor, or Gelato Beach. You only need to do that the very first time you use it, so you can still enter those levels if you don't have F.L.U.D.D.
