This song makes me cry every time. Years ago, my best friend passed away. She was pregnant and trying to escape an abusive relationship, and she was losing herself. She was brash, bold, laughed so loud, and loved so hard. She adored dogs so much that she opened her own dog grooming business. She loved paisleys, tie dye shirts, and the beach. I loved her so beyond deeply. The lyrics always hit me so hard. Because its true... She is gone, but she used to be mine. Rest easy, sweet Andrea.

I love a singer that gets so possessed by a song that their eyes barely open. No romancing the camera. They are gone.
