For most part pbso officers do understand the constitution, butt I've had a friend leave my house and got arrested a block over in a used car he just bought 2 days prior they found some dirty ass pill under the seat that was probably thier for yrs and arrested him he didn't know his rights and should've denied the search , butt he had nothing to hide it was 10am on a Saturday they profiled him because i live across the street from A section 8 community but 1000k cars a day cut through my street
