Well he was right about policy not being law. There's no point going to the IOPC about anything at all. It is the IPCC rebranded and with no changes. Parliament set the complaints system up to encourage the system to cover for and actively assist bent officers to advance their careers in noncing.

This announcement should be captured on the recording and, if possible, should include: • the date, time and location 🤷‍♂ • the nature of the incident to which the user is deployed 🤷‍♂ • confirmation to those present that the incident is now being recorded using both video and audio 🤷‍♂ PC is abusing section 64A (1A) of PACE by taking your photograph without your permission unless (1B is in place) (1A) May Photograph a person away from a police station (a) with the appropriate consent (b) if appropriate consent is with held or ""not practicable to obtain it without it"" BUT (1B) PC can take photograph of person without it if:- (a) has been arrested for a offence 😉 (6A) a "photograph includes a moving image" (video) 🤷‍♂😉 stay safe AY edit:PC 4660 has also abused CODE D 5.12A Case Law Wood V Commissioner of Police:- photographed by PC's leaving a meeting ,did not abuse art.8 in public place BUT where the the images were retained (uploaded)for policing purposes is "sufficient intrusion" by the STATE and therefore abuse of art.8 HRA and abuse of 64A PACE unless (1B) is in place (arrested)😉 end of shift ,,,BWV, when put on charge will auto upload to a independent server long rant , glad I retired long ago stay safe AY 🙏

​@@TheBILLANDERSON it was also found in court that where a police officer is in full uniform with a camera that is obviously recording (flashing red /"rec" notice) then the officer is to have fullfilled his obligation to inform that he was recording. BWV is covered by policy at force level not legislation. The legislation only relates to it being "held" as unused data is auto deleted after 30 days it also falls with the guidelines of gdpr. As for being inadmissible we are recorded everywhere all day without our knowledge. It's all still admissible.

Principle 1 of the DPA (fair and lawful processing) requires that the data subject must be informed 🤷‍♂ as quoted a "court , there is case law , where the defence had not known of BWV also NOT informed also the CPS of BWV,, where PC.s a time later claimed BWV was "irrelevant" ,,also CCTV was claimed as "irrelevant" where the court found failure to disclose evidentiary materials which could not be reconstituted led to an end to the proceeding. NOT forgetting here that the "red flashing lights" on BWV is not "able" to explain how to get copy of BWV,,😉 but Section 2 , Principle 1 only the "data collector" is "able" to explain how to get a copy of BWV can provide the "subject" of that.. It is bewildering of how PC's are trained in BWV operations but general public are not trained in BWV or are aware of "flashing red lights" is sign of "overt" recording of BWV "flashing red lights" cover being "overt"= Section 1, Principle 3 ,,, 👀, how did you get your L3 , all the best 🙏 EDIT:- my subject was/is SAR 😉 & "able"

I really appreciate and understand what all these audits videos are about and some of them do expose police bullies, tyrant's etc which do need exposing and need to realise that they can't go around doing whatever they want because they are police!! But I can't help to think that there's so many of them now and becoming the norm to most train stations, public area's etc. They are basically inviting terrorist attacks, bombs etc to do the same without being challenged or searched by authority 🤔 I think a line or protocol need's to put in place before things go really wrong 🥺
