It is easy to recommend the top of the line processor? would a lower be adequate e.g. i5 12400 or 12400f plus graphics card or even i7 12 gen. or even gen 11 to do the job effectively?

Thanks for making this very informative video. Posting from the end of 2022, fortunately graphics card prices seem to have finally dropped. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for i9 CPUs. A brief check shows they still cost between AU$1000 and AU$1800 each, in Australia. Just as well I only need a new motherboard, CPU, GPU, power supply and case for my next build. lol Oh well, at least I have loads of hard drives and a new copy of Windows 10. It will still cost less than my last build, way back in 2013. That build cost me AU$3000 just in parts, because I had to replace everything, including the monitor.
