Hi, big fan of your videos and have used them as my go-to for everything I can. I'm trying to switch from standalone to the steam version and it would be great if you covered that (i.e. how to do the transition and keep as much as poss). I've copied over config files and saves etc. but none of my core overrides have stuck and so I'm having to reconfigure. Would be great to see how you would handle this sort of thing

I wouldn't use the Steam version personally to many limitations. And the overrides don't work because the directories are changed.

is it possible to somehow merge RetroArch OEM install with Steam? the use case scenario i'm thinking of is being able to run RetroArch OEM when another computer is already logged into Steam (and prevents simultaneous play on more than one system) but still keep the saves/progress in exact same Application location as Steam, so when resumed though Steam all the perks of the steam version are still available with the new progress.

Hi, you have a lot of helpful material. Could you please do some tutorial on how to run Virtua Fighter 4 with Naomi 2 on the Xbox Series X. Apparently it's possible to do this via Flycast. It is important because this title looks at least 2x better than on ps2.

I don't cover Naomi currently but you source the BIOS files and put them in the dc folder like the other dc BIOS files.

Dolphin does not load any games any more. It was working, and I tried to load a game, Then I closed the game and it is just not working now.

If you're on PC don't use Retroarch for Dolphin it is crap
