I saw that it used to have a MAIN MENU with NORMAL GAME START, STAGE SELECT, SPECIAL STAGE START and BGM TEST. Was it only available in Ver. 1.03 (Ver. 1.04 is the easiest to find) or can it be unlocked if you beat the game or beat the game in a certain way?
