1. You are acting in your professional capacity if design mo build mo. If design niya build mo, contractor na ang labas mo and you need to register as contractor kaya need mo ng PCAB license. 2. If mag kontrata ka sa Govt Project of purely design and scope, no need mg PCAB license... Pero pag pumasok ka sa Govt contract as contractor, you need na a PCAB licence.

Sa pagkakaalam ko karaniwan sa mga gov.project sila na ang nagprepara sa plano at costing at dumadaan na sa biding karamihan. Minsan lang mangyari na design iyo at construct or nagpapacompete sila ng design ang municipality/city.

Sabi nga niya sa video 7:59 to 10:35 at 11:50 to 12:20 kapag ang architect magcoconstruct na ng project ng ibang arkitekto, kailangan meron nang PCAB license. Kaya kung kailangan at pwedeng kumuha ng PCAB ang architect ibig sabihin pwedeng maging contractor ang arkitekto.
