We thought we would have to quit in Connecticut when he got Lyme disease really bad but we got to a hospital quick and hiker friends had family nearby where we crashed for a week!

It can be hard to get the date you want but in 2020 i reapplied at the second drop in Jan and traded in for a better date so that’s always a helpful thing to try if you don’t get it in the first round

Good afternoon. So I had a question do you already have your camp ground picked out( I thought you just picked anywhere and camped) but the way you talk leads me 2 believe that you already know were it is going to be?

It’s recommended to camp in designated areas that have already been used/established to protect the natural environment as much as possible so we often use farout guides to plan ahead especially with a bigger group like ours where we need more space than just one tent site
