Great video. Hope your ankle and knee feel better. I love to listen to audio books but it seems to zap my phone battery. How often do you charge your phone and do you listen to music or audio book every day? Thanks for the videos, fun to watch!

Love your videos and i'm definitely a fan! One request though, could you turn the volume down on the music when you're talking, because it is really hard to hear what you are saying -- and we want to hear you. Thank you and happy trails!

Great video as usual. Some thoughts that came to mind as I watched: 1. I thought you must be Superman what with you hiking without a bug net. Man of steel ... mosquito stingers just bend and break. 2. Which route did you take north? I kind of figured 395. Where did you skip over? 3. Chronic pains: You've got new shoes, you've dropped about one mile in altitude, humidity is high. So a few pains are not surprising. Thankfully, you haven't found your Kryptonite. Take care, Superman! 4. NorCal blues: At the time you made your comment that you hadn't gotten the NorCal blues yet, you had not yet walked 100 miles in NorCal. Most NorCal blues malaise and dropouts occur after a few hundred miles at least in the region. What's more, most NorCal blues complainers are hiking the region in mid-summer with triple-digit temps and much less water available. Some refer to portions of NorCal as the NorCal desert. The reason to say this is not to criticize what you said, but rather an acknowledgement that you may have unwittingly stumbled on a cure for those blues. It may indeed be the best way to attack the trail, even if conditions don't force it! 🤔 5. The alphabet: Sesame Street blasphemy! Kermit's Komandos are on your tail! Sorry to ramble. Be safe; keep at it!
