PCT #58 Up, Down, Sierra Bound

Hiking along with Gazelle, we head through the last of the burn. I enjoy the hot days better with a good cold swim. The rocks are changing, tree houses waiting, and a mighty climb up out of Belden lead me to a crazy sweet hitch from Buck’s Summit to Buck’s Lake. The music playing on the radio during the hitch upset KZbin somehow so I removed it - sorry for the silence.

I like the way you think of hiking the long trail. For some it’s hanging out with others and the city stops, others the speed at which their going and what goal they have, but you care a lot of the nature that surrounds you.
