I laughed when you woke up and cried when you told the stories of your dogs and was smiling again at your hiker memories and had a tear in my eye at the end, remembering the loss of my own best friends Lexi and Dexter. That’s the price we pay for living this life😊. Awesome video

My thoughts go all over the place while on trail haha! Just sharing the real truth of trail life and how you have so much time to think out there! Awwww Lexi and Dexter 💗 I day dream sometimes thinking of the day of when I do pass…. Will all my dogs be running towards me? Love Dexters name 💗 I named my boy Dexter. His full name is Dexter Morgan 😂 I may have named him after a television serial killer haha.

Love your story and your rants. I love my Maggie and never thought too much about it until I heard the love and pain you shared. I know I would feel like I was missing a part of me if I lost her. IM rooting for you and praying for new blessings in your life. Dear Ruby lived a good life because of you and your family. She was sweet and kind. Hunter was the one who revered you the most and was tuned in to your thoughts and feelings. What a good boy he was. He's the kind that gives his all. It's just so sad when they have to leave.

I remember how Mari Johnson was at Casa de Luna in 2019 and was loving the taco salad SO much. She had been looking forward to the taco salad for weeks. She had a mouthful of taco salad and a woman asked what her name was, and she pointed at her mouth and mumbled "taco salad." Finally, she was able to say, "My name is Mari but I don't have a trail name yet." So, everyone at the table laughed and said, "Yeah, I think you do." And so she became 'Taco Salad'. 🤣

Hahaha yeah such a great trail name. Probably one of my favorite names I heard someone tell me out on the trail in 2019.
