PDA - autistic boy's 1st birthday, October 1995 (Fairfax VA) (Pathological demand avoidance)

This video is of me when I was very young, in a house that no longer exists. I show early signs of pathological demand avoidance (uninterested in Lego, constantly crawling away from the present area, pushing down the Winnie the Pooh doll, etc) and autism here (spinning the wheels of the car, stimming with figurine).
Harry Thompson, PDAer & public speaker, has noted how PDA systems are ready to go as early in life as possible (in infancy, or even day zero of human life) in situations as mundanely demanding as possible, such as holidays - and this video shows an example.
(This is a key reason why I spent my 25th birthday away from my country on a solo trip.)
In 2000 I got a diagnosis, autism - small parts of me fit the diagnosis but the people I knew closest say the word "autism" accurately, imprecisely fits me.
In 2018 and 2019 I determined that I was a PDAer. I jolt at the very thought of not being able to start, do, or complete things even though, plentily often, I want to do these things.
Reading the growing information, I learned I have already innately taken some advice of other PDAers as well as professionals - and further PDA acceptance and community continues an unbound path forward.
In late 2019 and very early 2020 I have visited events in both the UK and US about PDA and autism, to learn more about myself.
Unfortunately my area, Washington DC has almost no resources for PDA. More and more people from this area are either determining they are PDA or otherwise indicate an interest in learning about PDA people.
There is no diagnostic system available except (amongst others) certain counties in the UK and one city in the northwestern USA. Because of this, I am self diagnosed PDA.
I do not know what to do without PDA support. I demand local support for PDA, here, now.
Meanwhile, I want to further share my life with PDA, and, at the moment, this is just the start.
