First off I'm a certified tech of 24 years and I've made these braces. This video isn't how you want to do this. It's a shame they don't show the actual brace they are working on completed. I'm sure it's not usable. Not for a normal person, maybe a 400lb person. With the padding glued in that thing will be far too thick. That footplate is going to be thicker than the composite spring. How about make a video showing how many layers you put into one of those two you are using as demos in the beginning. I'm sure they have about half as many layers.

I'm not 400 pounds, I'm 192 pounds. I wear one of these and it has been the biggest improvement so far in my walking ability. I have videos of me walking with it on my channel.
