We got a giantic forest just behind the corner, which u can see in our 'something wild - Therian MV' video. link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fIWTaqKJaa-HaLs I went exploring it with my local (school) therian friend Wolfo. We actually even got lost and ended up really far from home! But managed to find our way back :) I hope you'll find closebly living therians somewhere soon to have fun with and hang out with! nice! I found a territory but it's also used by teens to smoke and deal drugs in there so I don't really go there any more. great video!! :-)

ooh D: no don't go back there please! We don't want you to get involved with them or get into trouble. Smoking and drugs also are just such bad things ;-; Find another nice place to meditate please haha. Maybe there are some woods somewhere else? Don't give up looking for a peacfull place!

Amazing! Go explore and I hope you find the most amazing place ever :) I knew, before I moved to my new home.. I used to have a forest on the other side of the road too. But they also smoked and did drugs over there so I never had a forest to go through. And now I have the most amazing forest surroundings/neighbourhood!

anonymousperson oh same I also found bears in my old territory so I abandoned it. Luckily there’s a very nice patch of forest that I love to hang out in. It’s pretty easy to access too. I plan on expanding my territory once I have a pack :3

Ah heck I miss my territory so much. I didn't know what being a therian was then lol but man it was great there was old cellars and stuff PERFECT TERRITORY. And there was also old house remains and random stuff around it was awesome. But now I can't go anymore because I had an injury like a few years ago and haven't been the same since. Rarely go outside now because I just can't But hey my bedroom makes a nice cozy den/nest :)

Beautiful territory :) My territory is really big, it’s a chunk of woods and a canyon. If you follow it far enough to the edge of the territory you can cross a creek and go to an enormous clearing with a large oak tree in the center. I’ve yet to take my pack there but I will be soon. The problem is, because of the creeks and the fact that it’s a canyon, it floods up to twenty feet every winter and I have to move all of the stuff in my den out.

Friends are friends, family is family. No matter what identity they have, gender, or even species. "Pack" is a term used to indicate a group (usually a family) of animals (usually canines). So anything that is a 'group' can be called a 'pack' :) if your non-therian friends belong to a family/friend-like group of you, if your pets belong to this group,.. then they can be part of your 'pack' hha. So I'm very happy u're able to have fun with them! :D

It's kinda hard to find a territory that I can call my own since I live in the City. But when I go out into the country I usually get somewhat territorial, and I was never really happy with showing someone around unless they where someone I knew well.

Advice: Think of what Therian you are first. For example, if your a Bear Therian, you would want a darker, more narrow place. Or say a Wolf, I'd depends on your Wolf. Maybe you would want to be in the Open, or around trees! Think of what Therian you are and what suits you best. It is OK to have have territory in the Open, because many people do. like me! I have a field like thing for my Territory, and it's pretty open but the sides have many many trees. so it was perfect for my Pack! Also, If your using a Public place, make sure you don't keep others out. How to find one: Explore where you live! Find out where all the decent places are then write them down. cross out your least favourite one, then do it again. keep on crossing them out until you have one left. Make sure it is close to your home, And you can get there pretty easily. if it's pack territory (Most likely) Make sure others can get there too! the most important thing: Have fun! 🐺

I wish I could develop a territory. I have a small house with a bit less than a third of an acre for a yard. Wolves tend to uh.. Have larger turfs. I used to view my school’s field inside of their playground my territory since there was a creek and hills and a soft patch of softer grass in a dent in the corner to lay down in but since I’m older now, I don’t get recess and I never have time to just go down there and enjoy myself anymore. It’s nice to see you get to have a nice plot of territory lol

I don't officially have a pack, but I'm in the process of making one. (I don't accept online requests!) I have multiple territories. My backyard, and the woods by my grandmother's house. I'll be seeing my cousin soon, so I'll ask him if he's a therian and if he says yes, we'll make a pack. My neighbors (aka best friends) may be therians too, but they have kinda strict parents.

This place is gorgeous. I’m a little jealous. I can understand why you wanted to keep it private and was uncertain about videoing it. I’ve had instinctive “territory,” “mine” instincts rise up from time to time. Usually it manifests as my desire to keep my things, what I’m doing, private and I don’t like others looking at my stuff, or what I’m doing, or in my room and I’ll feel on alert, edgy a little to watch them and ensure they don’t pick up or look at anything I consider private. I feel this way about people visiting when they’re in the yard or especially if they’re in the house. I’ve felt possessive over certain items I use often or places I sit out of habit and don’t like others taking or using “my” stuff. Lately, when I walk around our little street I have noticed I start to feel as if it’s not exactly mine but more so “under my surveillance” I guess and feel like I’m patrolling the edges of “my territory.”

Snow Rachelle Sea as long as it isn't like -5 outside, he simply stays outside and sleeps in his cage. I put a lot of blankets up and over hus cage, a wind protecting foil/plastic in front of the cage. His enclosure (around the cage) is protected with blankets and wind-protecting bags to hold wind and rain outside. I regulary check the temperature in- and outside the cages. In his cage, code sleeps in an isolated wooden part, with 2 real sheep hides in it for warmth and extra isolation. His general cage has a lot of blankets too. That's pretty much how I keep him warm. If it's TOO cold (or too hot) then I got an emergency cage in the garage he'll temporarily stay in. This cage is seen in the surprise (ball pit) video of Koda. Any more questions?

back before i knew what therians were i had what you could call territory, especially in the house i lived in as a younger kid, it was the best place, and it was all mine! but now i moved to a new apartments and the only woods we have are on the side of a very steep mountain and its a common hiking trail, is full of homeless people camping, full of their garbage, and we also have a mother bear in the area which scares me ever since i had a close encounter with a bear. so i just cant fit into the scheme, it will never feel like my place i dont think... i only have one small area on the hill i feel is mine because its where i built my fort, but its such a public area im always afraid of people invading it like kids, homeless people, and the cops if they think it is a homeless person's camp and feel that means they should destroy it (which is so wrong to do if it was a homeless person's) i just miss having some place i could go without being around others and that can feel like mine...

I can see why you don’t support the whole “territory” thing because that it’s public spaces but as someone with 30+ acres at their disposal I’ve never had this issue, but you’ve got to think of the people who have barely a yard of grass to consider territory so they have to find somewhere suitable for them. I only consider about 2 to 3 acres of the land that my family owns my territory because it’s what I’m comfortable with and what I like. They’re doing the best they can with what they have in the area and if it works it works.

I can understand others want a public place to be their territory or a bought forest or something. It's just that , as the dog I am, I'm more comfortable with having my garden as my territory than a piece of (public) forest :') It feels safer and more comfortable to me
