Supurb yummy I make birayani the same way but I have a small doubt .Can we use curd for fish because I have heard my grandma say that curd in fish causes lukerdermia.? Instead we can use lime dry or fresh . All ur dishes r just supurb

Thanks for your positive comments and sharing your concern about fish n curd mixes in food. I too had heard lot about such as fish n meat combination , fish n egg combination, using honey in cooking and even prawns with lemon etc from grandmas n elderly.. but when I follow many famous chefs n their world famous recipes, I couldn't find those comments valid or scientifically supported.. i have also seen health professionals rejecting such claims of combination.. However I do respect your or any of viewers concerns on this, leave to your personal choice to follow the same combination i use or use your choice of alternative combination.. Thanks again 🥰
