It''s been a long time since I've done a landscape tutorial. Here is a really simple technique for you to try out ☺️

Love how you use the selection tool for so many things. Curious why I've never seen you use the clipping mask function.

Another great tutorial, thank you!! Would you consider doing this scene in the winter season, possibly in the evening with snow covered trees and a warm glow coming from the windows?

How you get your unique artstyle ? I follow other artist to finding my own artstyle but still not getting any Im not learning art in college too, just watching KZbin and read some books about art

Hi! The best way to get your own style is to study some art that you like and explain to yourself why you like it. For example, I like iraville because the characters she draws are usually cute but grumpy looking, and the little towns and building she draws do not have correct perspective. This is charming. I like taryn knight because she combines different medias. For example she may draw a character with watercolor painted skin, but the clothes are very scratchy looking because she used colored pencil. After you see what you like, start to make a painting every week. keep the artwork organized in a booklet somehow. After a year, you will start to study your own artwork. Some of your artwork is better, and you can explain why. This will reinforce your own style and eventually you will have a set of rules you keep in mind that help you with your style, and you developed those rules at the same time you developed your panting skills.
