These videos have been a massive help to me recently. Thanks Zac, you're an amazing person. I've gone and watched nearly all of your sleep videos over the past couple of months, and the thing that's stood out to me the most is how encouraging all of these people are. You're all so supportive, and so unbelievably kind. This is the best sleep music I have ever used, and I didn’t even utilize the binaural part (used iPad Air speakers). I am a very light sleeper normally, and the neighbors were having one of those ‘til dawn ragers that make my stone walls shake, and I have never been able to fall asleep before they stop the music at dawn before. So I often don’t even try to sleep and just watch Netflix or something, but I was too tired (around 12:30). When I found and started this music around 12:40 not only did it work, I fell asleep pretty fast. I also usually can’t sleep past ~6AM when the traffic on the highway starts, and I’m usually fully rested after 6h of sleep and can’t sleep more than that anyway. Although I woke up at 5 to use the restroom, and a couple times after ~6:30, this put me right back to sleep. More than that I took my medicine during one of those times, around 7:40, and it has a side effect of increased anxiety and insomnia. Yet I still fell back to sleep peacefully for another hour (~8:45). Getting basically a full 8h of sleep when I realized how late it was and stopped it (only 7:44:29 on the play time somehow). Waking up feeling completely chill tempered / peaceful yet energetic (no grogginess). 🙂 Hek I’m so relaxed I only just now after 20+ minutes of typing this on an iPad noticed my neighbors are still raging. 😆9:10AM is probably the latest they’ve gone before too. I’m super grateful for this soundtrack, I would’ve been undead by now without it.

Ok so live update: it’s like 3am. I’m at around like 5:38:14 ish and there’s this purring sound and my cats been freaking out in the corner so I thought he was purring so loud I could hear it across the room with my sleep headphones on 😂 This track is 15/10 tho I literally fell asleep so fast, I’ll post my full review tmrw when I’m not half asleep lol

This is wonderful! Very soothing and reminds me of how I would feel as a child when mother would pick you up to rock you to sleep, stroking your back singing mildly to you. You just float away. Also a new dawn is coming, the birds are awakening and you can hear them, you are free on the weekend and you can sleep on, drifting and listening, you just can’t get up!
