This movie, actor and scene made me discover and appreciate Chopin's music and Hans Zimmer's. What's a beautiful music that I'm playing now on my keyboard thanks to this lovely movie.

I am so not a musical person. I love how Marcel shows the girl that music is not just notes but feelings. By changing a note, pitch or tempo can change your interpretation of the song. It has inspired me to broaden my musical horizon. I work nights and just listen to classical piano all night long. It takes me to a good place when I need to escape. Thank you for sharing this clip.

I know this is Chopin, but every time I try to find the song again I can never remember the exact movie. But I can always remember it was from a George Clooney military movie, which leads me to Peacemaker, which leads me to this. I'm a simple man. This song is amazing

This is Chopin, Nocturne in F Minor, Op 55, No 1. However, it is interesting to note that Dusan also plays Nocturne Op 9, in C Sharp Minor later in the movie.

It’s one of Chopin nocturnes it sounds similar to Brahms intermezzo but it isn’t it.
@agapeleone58473 жыл бұрын
Do you know which one?
@mrcuttime222 жыл бұрын
The most famous Brahms Intermezzo is in A major Op. 116. Whereas this PART of THIS Chopin Nocturne reminds me of JS Bach's "Come, Sweet Death," which may have inspired it. I love it when music BUILDS on what came before!
