Not a bad idea, though the scenario lays out the special rules from the start, so it's not like you would be spoiled secrets within the middle of the scenario :)

I only played the original but the combination of a lack of hand limit and the ability to play as much cards in a turn as you like made passing until you absolutely should do something the right call 90% of the time. That wasn't much fun.

I find that problem is much lessened in this new one, at least at lower player counts. As you can see in the playthrough I had meaningful and impactful things to do almost every round

@@RyuBateson218 We made a lot of improvements in the remake, one of them being the addition of the horror cards. Whenever a unit is defeated, you get a new horror card added to your resource deck for the rest of the game. These make it harder to control the armies and the battlefield the more defeated units there are. This is a great incentive to play cards early to keep units in good shape as long as possible. 🙂
