I love it when delays have displays on them that shows the delay time in milliseconds. It’s becoming more and more rare.

Had this on pre order with you guys for about 4 months. Still not regretting the wait. If it sounds half as good as this in person I'll be over the moon! Fingers crossed for next month arrival! 🙏 🤞

Excited for this review! I’ve been waiting for what I consider to be the “last word” on reviews. Thanks Jack, John, and all at Peach.

Okay but does it have a dedicated ‘instant The Edge’ preset micro switch or not?
@daviddorrian53492 жыл бұрын
I've just received mine, plugged in a footswitch to cycle through pre sets and it does nothing. Any ideas/ help with this? Do I need to go into a menu so it knows its a momentary footwitch? Thank you!

How would the delay sound of the Suhr compare to something like a Aquapuss or a Boss DM-2? If we don't care about the amount of options on the Suhr, but dialed in the exact same delay, would the Suhr's delay sound quality sound better than for example the Aquapuss or DM-2? Is it just all the cool options, or also the sound quality if settings are the same?

I have all the pedals you mentioned & will tell you the Discovery’s sound quality is outstanding. The filter controls are simple & you can make the repeats as clear as a DMM or murky if you want. Killer piece of gear & simple to use.

GREAT TONES! What’s the main gained up sound? Cranked amp? It’s glorious!

I'd guess that it is one of the gain channels on the PT15 he's plugged into.

@@208414 Most likely, so then the delay would be in the loop. It’s so nice and loud with all that feedback going on!

Says he's not going to go into features in any depth, then talks for over 16 min about features and use. If you know what an analog delay does, and how the basic controls of a delay pedal work, skip to 16:30-ish.

There are multiple videos of this product out there offering just that, we'd prefer to offer a little explanation and context for our viewers. It's a comprehensive bit of gear worthy of a thorough overview.

I hate talkey gear videos, but here it's very much fine. This is one of the most expensive stompboxes on the market right now, so I'd like to know something about it before shelling out. Jack Griffith doesn't promote/influence ("whooo tears in my eyes best gear EVA!!1!!!") but gives what seems an honest opinion. It's well structured, a bit like a review, and a little funny. What more do you want...
