I'm so sorry to hear about Benji :( I had to do the same with a cat I had for 20 years (though hers was expected). It's been about 3 years since then, and I still miss her (even if we did get two babies to love afterward), but we gave each other so many good years and I'm so grateful to have had her in my life. I hope you can get another dog someday (when you're ready) and make wonderful memories with them too!

Lisa Torres i almost lost my dog recently. she's guessed to be 9 but had three liters of pups by like 3/4 so she's been over worked and now she's spoiled. she had some really bad dental problems that caused her eye to swell shut. we got it fixed and she's acting better than ever, she even looks like marbles just a smaller head. i hate losing an animal though, my heart goes out to you. when i lost my first dog my heart was broken. i still have his picture by my bed so i never forget his wonderful face. sending love to you in this hard time!

I realised that you and Jenna are so open, so Candid, you talk truth, and there's no bullshit. Thank you for being so smart about carrying Peach across the black top! I live in South FL where it also gets crazy burning hot and it drives me insane when I see people who are yelling at their dog for pulling them across black top or blazing hot beach sand while they have shoes on. Julien if you see this I want you to know that you and Jenna are my inspiration for staying optimistic and always finding the light side of things even when times are dark.
