Have to take it out of housing and tighten screw if its outta warranty . Had 2 of them same issue, few vids on hownto do it. Pain in ass. Good review

I did a warrantee replacement but switched toothbrushes over to the Laifen 🙌🏾

Great review. By the way: I think the chopstick would fit between the deodorant and the facial cleanser or the lotion. There are two small compartments.
