You’re the definition on efficiency, well done man. I work for UPS and have my own route too, it’s about 110 to 120 stops, about 60 miles, 40 of those miles are for one bulk pickup. I usually deliver around 225 to 250 packages and pickup around 700 to 800 packages a day. I usually complete my route right around 7 hours. At UPS every route is given a time allocation based on the work you do, and if you finish your day before your time allotment you get bonus pay (straight wage) for the difference between your actual hours worked and your time allocation for that day. Most days I get around 3 hours of bonus pay which is awesome. So typically I work 7 hours and get paid around 10. During peak I was volunteering for more hours after I completed my route so I was getting the DOT max 60 hours a week plus adding the bonus pay of around 15 hours a week I was getting paid around 75 hours a week (40 hours straight pay, 20 hours OT pay and 15 hours of bonus straight pay). I wish you got better compensation for how efficient you are, you would definitely be in that 3 to 4 hour bonus pay per day. How many miles do you typically do on your route daily? You probably said it in one of your videos, but I missed it. Anyways keep up the amazing work! Are you still looking for other delivery drivers to video their routes?

I would LOVE to have you vlog. Dm me on Instagram. I only do about 40 total miles per day. People always ask me why I don’t do UPS. I’m assuming I wouldn’t the able to make a lateral movement. If have to start as a handler like most correct? And then work my way up? Anywho, definitely DM me so we can get you vlogging. First guest vlog should come out at the end of this week

Well, looks like you have great boss that recognizes hard work and work ethic. I hardly ever see or hear from mine unless I contact him first. I'm still interested in vlogging, just haven't done it yet. I'll be in touch.

That poor UPS man may be working ridiculous hours, but it's all overtime and good hourly pay. He's making more than all of us. I drive for Amazon but have considered FedEx ground. Not sure about the pay per day thing. Plenty of drivers I've seen making $160 per day working 10-12 hours. That's more rural stops. I do a rural route. From clock in to clock out 160 stops is about a 10 hour day. We also worked 6 days a week through peak. Nice paychecks but working 60 hours burns you out pretty fast

Just got a job with FedEx and just waiting for my start date. I'll be delivering part time with Express. Been in warehouses most of my work history, so this will be something new for me. Hope it goes smooth.

The hiring process is taking forever. I start zoom learning next week. Manager said I'll average 45 stops as PT. How long would should it take to deliver that on average? Sched. is supposed to be 9-3pm. @@Deliverypros

How long would it take to do 400 stops ?
@Deliverypros
@Deliverypros 11 ай бұрын
Or me? Probably 6-7 hours. But it would be non stop, balls to the walls, jogging from truck to door and back haha the real question is can you even fit 400 stops on your truck?

Absolutely not 😂 you couldn’t pay me enough to do 400 stops. And ya dude, my whole life is about making this job pay as much as possible for as little work as possible. Why would I make my job more difficult if I can avoid it? If you’re not trying to make this job easier….. you might be dumb 🤷🏻‍♂️
