I've thought seriously about Paragliding. It looks like a blast. I think EUCs are the closest thing to flying while staying on the ground.

Managed to shop out the selfie pole. Now all they need to do is write program to eliminate the pole shadow.

Lol!! So true. If they do that it will enhance the effect. Until they do though, the 360 view is still the best way to feel the experience as if you are riding along.
