Currently dealing with a strained r cuff and sprained acl in the right arm.... What can i do to relieve tenderness and discomfort at night
@PeakFormHealthCenter2 ай бұрын
This may help ease some tension pain. I tell patients to ice real good right before bed, sometimes helps numb it real good to sleep better. Talk to your doctor about what pain meds to take. Sprained AC joint can take a good 8 weeks to start really feeling better. So time will also help. During the day keep moving the arm, do exercises to keep the shoulder as functional as possible.

If you don't have any kind of ball, like me - use something cylindrical, like a small cosmetic packaging, or a small jar. If it's a glass one, make sure it won't break if it falls down - in that case you can do it on the floor.

I use a mentos container in my car during long road trips lol

Yep, made the video long time ago and for some the audio comes through fine and others not. Since I've upgraded the equipment I use and I try to edit the voice so it comes through as clear as possible.
