I know this is three years old, but thank you!! I was able to adjust some spots in my neck that I haven’t been able to in weeks! That last move, the ballet one, felt incredible! This video is magical!!

I read everyone’s comments from your stretch video. You are Perfect! You explain everything in detail with your calm knowledgeable voice. You have helped so many people, you truly are amazing! I wish I was one of those very lucky people who get to feel such total relief from your teachings, Truly I do! I have severe arthritis in my fingers and hands and could not follow along with you, oh how I wish I could, how I wish I could have felt that remarkable tension release you taught and demonstrate so perfectly. I have chronic back pain/tight shoulders because of my history as a gymnast as well as carrying my anxiety in my shoulders. Often times I can't sleep because of how much my back hurts, stumbled across this video and I feel so much better.

This is a life saver. I've had an achey shoulder for the past week and it's been causing me problems sleeping but after doing this massage the pain has gone completely. Amazing. I am very tense in my shoulders so this was very relaxing to do. Thanks so much for your great videos.

these videos are so timeless!! i used to follow these with my friends a few years ago while we were on a school trip (we were walking a lot carrying drawstring bags so our shoulders were incredibly sore). I'm in college now and I had such a stressful few weeks in school. i could already feel the tension, but i had to lug a super heavy bag to the train station yesterday and woke up extremely sore. decided it was time for a self-massage and this video plus a few other helped so much.

The front of the shoulders and chest are usually the most important areas to work. Most of us round our shoulders forward, closing off the chest muscles and holding them in a short and tightened position. The back of the shoulders (and where people almost always feel the pain) gets stretched out and weak from trying to pull our shoulders back so we don't fall forward. The back will never be able to relax until we achieve length and openness through the front. I'm glad you enjoyed. Thanks so much for your feedback!

This is great, exactly what I need. I'm in hospital and the awful beds here combined with tension and lack of normal activity has really worsened my existing neck and shoulder problems. So good to be able to do my own treatment. Thank you.
