Peaks Journey Update - The Return

1 year since the start of my journey, 5 months since surgery

Yeah baby!! You've killed it in one year, and half of that was on your own. You are simply amazing! Glad to hear you're recommitting and chasing down those last kgs. To be honest, I wouldn't think you'd need to go any lower than 110kgs, being 6'6 and a solid frame. TJ is 6'6 and 100kgs and he doesn't have any skin issues that you might have. That could weigh 10+ kgs. I'm so so looking forward to hanging out in Sydney!!

Oh, and yes...losing the hair SUCKS!!!! I had my surgery in Feb. too and started losing a ton of hair my third month out :( I go tomorrow to get it cut bc its looking thin.

Well it's about bloody time eh ;-) SOOO glad to see an update from you. You are a machine though don't be so hard on yourself you have lost more weight than a lot of people weigh to start with!
