I'd be really curious to hear more information about the topic of endurance and recovery. That really grabbed my interest when you talked about how some types of endurance training can actually improve recovery! What type of training would that be? What types of endurance training are the opposite, or the worst in terms of recovery?

lifters are mostly weak. lifting strength does not translate well into sports
