Jimmy McCavern isn't part of the IRA, that's the Irish woman who had a "meeting" with Michael early in the season. Jimmy is the leader of the Billy Boys, a Protestant Razor Gang that acts as muscle (pretty much security) during Fascist rallies, which is his connection to Oswald Mosely. He's also a member of the Glasgow razor gang. His gang really hates Catholics and Gypsies, the former of which isn't surprising given the gang's real history.
