+pr3nzlb3rg3r You're right. I was using an electric spice grinder just a few minutes ago and gave it a sniff. It's not as potent as the smell an electric whisk gives off, probably because it's A) smaller and B) I only used it for a few seconds but it's definitely the same smell.

tip for big high surface's to cover in chocolate... try doing really thin layers than one big. When they set up the next layers (if you're not happy) can be added as much as needed. Enjoy!

I'm a new subscriber and this is legit one of my favourite youtube channels the banter is top good banter good good I tried tempering chocolate yesterday after watching your video and I had a little bit of trouble which I think I'd have when I would do this recipe - When the tempered chocolate gets to hard to pipe with, can you just heat it until its runny enough to continue or do you have to heat it back up to 46 to 26 to 32?? thank you!
