Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
½ cup milk
7oz. jar marshmallow crème (fluff)
Small jar peanut butter (or just under 2 cups)
Directions:
Combine sugar and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil on medium heat; boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallow crème and peanut butter and stir vigorously until completely combined.
Pour into a buttered 9” x 9” dish (I line the dish with foil and butter the foil, that way, when it is cool, you can just lift the foil and fudge right out…makes it easier to cut in even squares) Enjoy!! 🙂

Saved the recipe, thank you so much for sharing it. It looks so easy. My son will love this recipe. Easy to share with others, also. Try flipping your pan over, shaping the foil over it, then take it off carefully, now flip pan back right way and sit foil down in, much easier than trying to press in corners so much. Big Hugs, Bonnie

I'm a PB junkie. I think you could spread PB on a leather belt and I would try it! Will definitely be making this fudge during the Christmas season. I had 6" of the white stuff Friday, just south of Birmingham. Cold, cold, cold... The outside of your home is stunning - a Christmas card itself.. Not counting all the beautiful things you do inside.. Have a very Merry Christmas and remember Jesus is the reason for the Season..

Hi Mimi...LOL, I'm the same way with peanut butter!! ;) I think y'all had the most snow of anyone out of this storm down there in Alabama...y'all go!! :) It is really cold here now and it is supposed to get colder later in the week I believe...Thank you about the outside of our home. :) I hope you have a Merry Christmas too, and yep, Jesus is the reason for the Season. :)

Arlynn--just saw this---you do this so effortlessly - you cook like my Momma did. I use doilies for everything as my Momma did too - even in the bottom of a potato chip bowl - you know us southern girls and our doilies. Did your Grandmother make a chocolate fudge with nuts? Thanks so much for sharing.

Arlynn I enjoy your 2 videos I have seen so far. Thank you from warm 80 degree southern calif. I goofed and used a cup of milk in stead of half -yet the fudge is hardening, I know better next time. I made the caramel corn but over cooked the sugar and it clumped. I will have a redo this week! I can’t have much of the sweets but hubby can. So this is great relaxing therapy for me, trying the recipes. I am proud of you mentioning your diet. You can do it, shirley.

Hi Shirley, thank you so much for trying my recipes...a hit about that caramel corn mixture...when the oily looking liquid mixes in with the rest of the liquid while stirring, that is when you know it is done. :) I hope that fudge finishes setting up for you. :)

Arlynn, Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I had some delicious and creamy peanut butter fudge at a luncheon on Friday. I loved it so much that I planned to search the internet for a good recipe. Your posting of this recipe was perfect timing. I also appreciate you showing how you cut the fudge into even pieces. That is always a challenge for me, so thanks!! Stacking the fudge with paper dollies is a brilliant idea. Your home looks beautiful in the snow.

I use the Fantasy Fudge recipe on the back of Kraft Marshmallow Creme jar & use peanut butter instead of chocolate & I add pecans. Yours looks firmer tho. The one I do has butter also, could be why it's not quite as firm as that. We love it tho & my guys don't even care for chocolate fudge. I used to make both but now just do the peanut butter fudge. No snow here in my corner of NE Florida, although it did snow enough to stick a bit out in the Panhandle. We did have frost last night, it’s chilly now, and more frost tonight. My son lives up in VA too, just outside DC, and they had a good dusting but nothing stuck on the pavement, so he didn’t have to shovel or blow. Your fudge looks yummy - thanks for sharing! I’m still making wreaths LOL. - One yesterday, and I just finished another one.

Hey there Del! :) OMGosh, Florida got some snow, I'll have to tell Chris...haha. :) As you saw, we got a bit more than a dusting, and it is still on the ground today (not on the roads) because it is chilly outside. :) Thanks about the fudge and you are very welcome. :) You go girl with your wreaths...I do think you'll be done by Christmas...bless your heart, you've been working so hard!!! :)

Arlynn's Country Craft Corner sorry ,they are called thumbprint cookies I was being lazy I should of said thumbprint lol. They are so good. What you do is take your cookie dough, roll up golf ball sizes place on cookie sheet , take your thumb press in center of the rolled up dough , enough to where next you will put in each cookie about one teaspoon of raspberry jelly in each cookie than bake, after they cool drizzle melted vanilla morsels over cookies 😊 oh I use Betty Crocker’s sugar cookie package

Yum Arlynn. I am going to make some of this for Christmas. I have the whole family coming over for Christmas dinner about 30+ people. And the snow looks so beautiful. I know its probably wet and cold but I have never seen snow in person so I can just appreciate how pretty everything looks. Thank you so much for the recipe. Its hot here so should it be made say the night before? Or could I make it a few days before? Do I store it in the fridge or out lol.

Hey there Helen...You *might* want to make 2 batches of this for your 30 people gtg...hahaha...I promise it will go fast (it was gone at Chris' Christmas shin-dig lickety-split). :) You could definitely make this the night before or several days before...it is good whenever...just be sure to put it in a nicely sealed container if it is made more than a couple of days ahead of time. :)

Hi Arlynn!! This recipe looks perfect!! I like peanut butter, but never had it in a fudge. Thanks for doing this!! We had snow here too, yesterday. Instead of foil, do you think parchment paper would work? Have a nice evening!!

@ArlynnsCountryCraftCorner 7 жыл бұрын
Hi Donna...It honest to goodness turns out perfect every single time gf...:) Regarding parchment paper vs. foil, it would probably work, if you could get it to stay in place before or while you're pouring the fudge into the pan. :)

Arlynn...I'm anxiously awaiting word on the lantern and bows recipients so I expect you will dish soon, very soon!!! Your peanut butter fudge recipe made me laugh as my husband walked into the office with a pretzel rod with a huge dollop of peanut butter on the end asking what you were making with peanut butter. I tell you Jack loves peanut butter so much he can smell it through the desk top. I shall try your recipe for the holidays as both my son and Jack love peanut butter fudge, me too but being a diabetic it's a bit less inviting for me.( I do believe I know how you opened those jars off camera...I do it myself! :)) I do hope Chris had a grand time at his family get together even if he couldn't indulge in the fudge, you as well. The Christmas holidays begin with a bang and carry on for weeks on end it seems but hey, family times are memories for the ages. This is my first Merry Christmas greeting of the season and I love it so MERRY CHRISTMAS dear youtube friend!

Uma's Home, I don’t see why not if you can get it to stay in the pan while you pour the fudge sometimes it’s kind of slippery so I’m not sure it would hang onto the pan like the foil does. 😀❤️

Arlynn Thanks so much for sharing your peanut butter fudge. I've been looking for a fool proof recipe. I gave up trying to make fudge a few years ago when my family ended up eating it out of the pan with a spoon..... lol So I'll give this ago and see how it goes. Does this recipe work the same for chocolate fudge also? Again Thanks for sharing ! Much love from Illinois. ❤

Hi Rachel...I promise you girl, you have found a foolproof recipe (just be sure to boil it for 3 minutes and you'll be good to go). :) I have no idea if this recipe would work with chocolate fudge...not sure what kind of chocolate you'd use...I will be making a different kind of fudge in the coming weeks though...much more labor intensive, but it is chocolate and peanut butter combined (like a Resse's Cup taste). :)
