It’s not true. We get all the nutrients we need through a whole foods vegan , plant based lives style. Eating animal products is one the worse things we can do for our health. 🦠☠️💊

My Walmart has tofu in a pinch. However It is actually lower in fat and cheaper at Whole Foods.

Have you tried PB2 .Delicious organic powdered peanut butter mix.E sselstyns use it. 1. 5 gr fat in 2 tablespoons. Add water and tiny bit date syrup. Amazon product. Delish. 🎉

I always use PB2 now. I get the one without added sugar. 82% less fat than regular peanut butter. So good for my diabetes

I made this for my birthday this week and it was FAB. U. LOUS. A total hit! I made the components on Sunday (store bought natural peanut butter from Whole Foods) and made the parfaits on Wednesday. I would say it was enough for 8 people- it’s so rich and creamy! I also probably have a cup of the “cookie crumble” left over for my nice cream. I did some date syrup but ran out so I used Dr Gregors recipe: 50/50 medjool dates and hot water, soak, then blend in a vitamix. It turned out amazing!!!

Chickpeas chopped up in food processor is smazing just like nuts so I chop them up with the s blade and use them in place of nuts

I make my own peanut butter in a blender with dry roasted peanuts. s Some time the peanuts are roasted with oils... And dry roasted makes awesome creamy butter -:)

No sugar, no oil, no salt? Please. This recipe is a high-sugar recipe. And the cream "cheese" has coconut cream which is high in saturated fat. Whole foods? Most people who say they eat a whole food diet eat plenty of foods that are not whole foods, as in this recipe.

I used free coupons to try Hart House plantbased fast foods… double burger and chocolate shake. My goodness was that addictive! So much fat, salt and sugar! Thankfully, two important missing ingredients were cholesterol and cruelty. Next day I wanted more; instead had oatmeal with raisins & fresh blueberries 🫐 to get back on the WFPBSOS train! 🚂
