I whisk a TBSP in warmed cashew milk at night. Sometimes I add cinnamon or ginger root powder, honey. I've also mixed it with cream cheese & powdered sugar as a quick P.B. cheesecake bite. I love it, it disperses easier than actual peanut butter.

PB also is good with chicken & beef, you know like that PB sauce found in asian foods. usually has some honey, sesame oil & soy sauce in it. - there's a popular rice noodle dish they use that in too, it includes spring onions, chopped peanuts, hot peppercorns, sometimes grated carrots and then a protein like tofu or shrimp. --sometimes i like to add a little PB for dipping my pot roast into and i like to have BP bread to dip in chicken noodle soup. (chicken broth & PB are really good together) PB also goes good side by side with yellow mustard or mixed in with cayenne

Have you tried using the peanut butter as a peanut flour? I haven't tried it yet, but that was my plan. I wouldn't think it would be much different than other nut flours and I'm really fond of the cashew flour (powder) as a break from almond/coconut.
@RainCountryHomestead3 жыл бұрын
I have never tried it but yes, i am sure it will work at least as a blend. I always assume the most nut flours are like the kind I make myself from various different nuts and have less fat in them as some of the fat goes into the making of the milk first. I think peanut butter powder is lower in fat than regular peanut butter as well so it may possibly have the same texture.

@RainCountryHomestead8 ай бұрын
You can use oxygen absorbers just like you can vacuum seal. I simply prefer to vacuum seal over using a throw away item like that
@lmarie38348 ай бұрын
@@RainCountryHomestead , i thought you couldn't use the 02 absorbers in anything that is high in fat (which I would assume means PB powder) due to risk of botulism? I'm pretty new to all this. It's definitely a learning curve.
@RainCountryHomestead8 ай бұрын
@@lmarie3834 This is a common misconception. Botulism cannot grow where there is no moisture. I vacuum seal all my nuts and seeds without fear and have been doing so for many years. The reason people are afraid of the O2 absorbers or vacuum as it applies to high fats is that botulism also grows in an oxygen deprived climate but it still needs moisture. Consider the fact you can by nuts in vacuum packed jars or cans
