I swap out the flour in my peanut butter cookies for the powdered peanut butter. Moisture level seems to be the same and they have even more peanut butter taste and I'm swapping out the bad white flour carbs for a little more protein. The rest of the recipe is the same - use regular peanut butter too. This just replaces the flour. It's good to sprinkle over ice cream or chocolate pudding too.

Adding some honey and a little bit of oil helps. Not as good as your favorite jar but better than made with water only.

Have you tried using peanut oil To reconstitute the peanut butter? That is what they take out when they make it into a powder.

I use it on my oatmeal and I like it in plain yogurt with some slices of banana. It also makes a good peanut sauce.

You can mash some ripe bananas and mix in the peanut butter powder to taste and then freeze it. It's a nice little dessert when you want something without a lot of calories:)

I have pb2 that expired in 12/2015, I just opened it in 4/2022, over 7 years later and it's still good in the original plastic jar

My favorite use so far is in my morning Elvis smoothie - 2 very ripe peeled, frozen bananas, a tablespoon or so of peanut butter powder, and enough milk to make it liquid enough to drink. Blend and enjoy while commuting!

It's excellent as a vegan smoothie - blended with almond milk and a little honey or vegan sweetener - also great in a chocolate milkshake to add protein- thanks for sharing!

Try alittle oil in place of the water and a pinch of salt to the sweetened powder it makes a difference and is ok on sannies

I haven't done it lately, but the powders are great for making peanut butter milkshakes. If you can find some organic vanilla ice cream, just add a bit of honey and the peanut butter powder, and you'll have a yummy shake.

It is great whith the cold oatmeal made in the Mason jar. The recipe calls for yogurt and berries or other fruit. The powder peanut butter adds additional flavor and protein.

Just found your channel... I do believe just in the nick of time too! You gave my wife and I a good shake up and wake up! It's never to late to add to our dwindling stockpile. I used Peanut Butter Protein Powder to get Extra Protien in my Husband Diet. I would make him Protein Shakes and such with it. It help not only with Protien but help keep his weight up before he Passed away. I have it on hand and use it many items. Great Idea Vac Sealing it. Love your ideas. ❤❤❤

I bought it a couple weeks ago to set aside for longer term, so I haven't even tried it yet. Like you say I like my regular peanut butter flavor so I keep eating them instead of opening the powdered container. Mostly been eating it on celery. God bless.

I have not tried it but I read somewhere that you can mix the powder with coconut oil and it is better but if you are trying to go low fat that won't work. I have also read that you can mix the butter powder with coconut oil too.

Adding a little oil does work. I make it per the instructions and then about 1/4 teaspoon of oil. I usually use canola. The oil helps it spread easier.

If you add a bit of honey or molasses and use oil instead of water it is. Just like the regular spreadable (like Jiff).

@@hymaintenance1 powder peanut butter. Add peanut oil or vegetable oil and molasses or honey. I used to add stevia to keep the sugar low. Try 1\4 cup peanut powder to 1 tblsp oil and 1 tblsp honey or molasses. If its to thin for you add bit more powder. If its too thick add a little more of each liquid. I have a can or two of augason farms peanut powder in my long term cupboard.

Oven canning is a great method as long as your peanut butter powder does not have any sugar in it... the heat will ruin it if there is sugar.
