Unless the sugar cane yields very well, suspect you'll need more to keep the production plant working at capacity. Some honey would be useful too, despite the lack of flowering crop bonus. And maybe another greenhouse for strawberries? But as always, the real money-spinners are silage and clothing. The wool production rate looks good and will increase with the flock. Contracts for fertilising? Take 'em as required.
