But glyphosate isn't just related to peanuts. Wheat fields are sprayed with this stuff prior to harvest to make the stalks ripen faster, and so are some corn fields. They kill weeds but they also kill some insects and the residue left on the wheat crops end up in the flour and are processed into most of our breads, pastries, and crackers, and that residue will do a number on people's gut biomes.

I read ingredients on the jar of organic peanut butter I always get and there’s no hydrogenated or any oil, no sugar, not even salt. Try dipping dark chocolate pieces into it, so good!😊

I only buy the smooth type of peanut butter to dip the dark chocolate, not the crunchy type. Cannot give up such an easy quick source of protein; being a vegan I already don’t get enough protein .And this combo is so good-totally addicted!

Very good lauren,you mentioned alternatives which is very good but the cashew fruit is made for making wine and from it's astringent taste can be medicinal,the seed is to be planted again not to be used as a nut,it causes an immune response and secretion and congestion of mucus in the lungs shortly after eating so those fat in the nuts it's actually bad for you.Walnuts contain ALA omega 3s which the body cannot use until converted which depends on how proficient the body is at converting it and when it is converted, into EPA And DHA it's a very small amount of omega3s,so adding a fair amount of pumpkin seeds as they are good for digestion and Areca good source of omega 3s and you don't want air,pecan nuts,macadamia nuts,chia seeds and agave nectar and or honey *not agave syrup* can make for a good spreadbut may have be refrigerated with a sticky note and the date and time it was put in the fridge and anything that goes rancid,put it in the compost,anything that has mold *may* have to go in the garbage,if the earthworms don't eat it,you may kn😊😊ow more about that than me - and it will be good to practice to see how long these will last and non GMO young meat coconut,from the whole coconut (that sells in the store with it's top chopped away and it's bottom chopped off,once they are non GMO and have not been sprayed- chemical free labeling or organic may suffice,almond and soy with some agave and or de-bittered stevia and or honey.If you want it savoury or umaui instead you could experiment with Celtic salt,pili nuts and pistachios if the coconut,almond and soy flavour is not enough,red palm oil is also good for cooking frying,stews,gravies,sauces and is very good for helping to prevent heart attacks and strokes,look into it.And remember a positive mindset can help to make it a great day.Always very grateful for you and your sister's videos.

Dr Stephen Gundry .. The Plant PARADOX also talks about Lectins how toxic Legumes peanuts are for your Brain and is also harsh on Cashews he refers to them like broken Glass for your Gut 😢 I have given up both and swaped out to a brand of Almond Butter apart from the cost I am Extatic and feel a lot better for the change ❤😂🎉

Glass for the gut? What? They actually can cause a bit of constipation. Especially if non soaked for 4-6 hours. But glass? What?! 😆🤪🤪🤪
@sherrisacash6888
@sherrisacash6888 Ай бұрын
Thanks for this video! I mainly eat lectin free because I had leaky gut. This is a condition that causes the small intestines to develop holes and tears in the lining. (mucosa) I was awaken almost every night in severe pain in my abdomen for years. Most of my diet consisted of foods that contained lectins. Since I am not a meat eater I was eating lots of nuts, legumes, beans, grains, etc.. Cashews was one of my favorite. When I learned cashews were loaded with lectins I stopped eating them. I am a natural health specialist. I also perform body scans on my clients from anywhere in the would. Meaning you don't have to be in my presents. I decided to test this theory by eliminating lectin containing foods for 2 weeks and I was surprised that the pain in my gut started subsiding. I then starting eating those foods again and the same severe pain return full force. I did this several times to convince myself, plus to assist my clients I frequently self test by many methods. I have since healed myself from leaky gut, black mold and H-pylori to mention a few. I feel like a new person and my body loves me for it. ❤ There's an entire protocol for getting rid of gut attacking food then healing the gut. When Dr Gundry says cashews can tear like glass, what he's saying is the lectin causing tears and holes in the intestines which causes other issues, not to mention pain. This also causes joint pain. This causes toxic poison to leak in the blood stream. I know this from personal experience. I am grateful that I have learned to eat in a way that keeps my gut healthier. This is partly due to Dr Gundgry and many other, plus lots of research along with trial and error. Thanks to everyone I've learned from. 🥳 There are several stages to healing the gut from this condition. Once I completed all stages I was able to incorporate some of these foods back into my diet, moderately. One example is the cucumber. I eat them moderately because I remove the seeds and the skin which contains most of the lectins. Same with the tomatoes and bell pepper. I have mastered numerous ways to prepare foods containing lectins to rid them or minimize them. It's just too much information to list here. For those that would like more information please send me a message. My life is so much more pleasant now that those issue are gone. Just a note, stress has much to do with all of this, as with any dis-ease or ailments of the body. The power that made the body has given us the power to heal our bodies. Remember, it's within you! 🙏😍 You can do it. Have a happy, healthy, and prosperous life. Keep your energy high and vibrate positive and abundance in all you do. You deserve that. 🤗💞

I eat Dehydrated peanut and make it myself. I add my healthy fat of choice. My old parrots. Oldest 52yrs eat raw peanuts in he shell bought in a bag like regular Hampton peanuts. They are used as a treat..over 50yrs? Not luck.I have no intention of tossing any of my peanut products. I have no intention of not telling friends I used peanuts and I just warn a worker or new visitors that they there will be exposed to peanut dust .Cashews are a close relative to poison ivy.I don't want to eat anything related to poison ivy.but when I go to our best friends home his cultural uses tons of raw cashews in a lot of the food and its delicious. I never got itchy before reading the article now I THINK I am going to get itchy but I don't. Our minds have a way of getting to us.😊
