Perhaps the best tribute to these top entertainers must be that 64 years after they performed " sing little Birdie" it was being sung by a trio of street singers in Liverpool City Centre on Friday 13 May 2023 the weekend of the Eurovision Song Contest. Listening to it while shopping brought back memories of the late 50s when I started school. Later that afternoon I heard the old Manfred Mann hit, Mighty Quinn and the Beatles "Please Please Me" being belted out by street bands. While Eurovision was a spectacular of colour set against the background of Liverpool's stunning Victorian and Edwardian architecture, will any of the music in this years competition be remembered after 64 days, let alone 64 years like this happy go lucky song that used to be the hallmark of Eurovision.

Teddy is still SOOO handsome... Still couldn't take my eyes off him... Both still alive - aged 92 and 95! Thanks for posting.

Pearl used to be in the group The Keynotes, they were in the BBC radio show 'Take It From Here' during the 40/50's
