I played this live song while driving with my mother one day on Christmas Eve, and she thought it was a beautiful story of how Ed explained not being able to say goodbye to Diane. Well, god took her away from us. And I played Ed's solo song "Goodbye" at her funeral. That is an amazing song. Thanks Ed.

Love this song..I have to say that sometimes PJ fans can be really insensitive to a band they supposedly love...sometimes I don't know why he bothers to try to connect with the crowd...body surfing while he's making a dedication and to this song??? Really?

Once you start a body surf you can’t really stop until you get dumped over the barrier. It’s not like you can ask people to pause while holding you up. Also this video was edited after the fact and crowd footage cut in with band footage so who knows what the crowd was actually doing during Ed’s dedication. It’s possible the editor is the insensitive one.
