Obviously there are many Pearl Jam songs that have touched so many people in so many ways. But there is nothing like the Ten album. If you cant find a song on that album that doesn’t relate to you you just have not lived long enough yet. That’s why I have always said Ten is in the top ten debut albums of a band of all times. I would never put it lower than number 8. The emotions from that album are pure and genuine. I was 20 when that album came out and I don’t think a month goes by where I do not listen to the whole album. Thank you Pearl Jam for Releasing my emotions once a month. 🤟🤟🤟❤️❤️

My first Pearl Jam concert in 2000 started with Release and I couldn’t believe it sounded exactly like recording. My son was meant to be at the concert but he’d died just days before. Eddie met with us after the concert and gave us his condolences and big bear hugs of comfort.
