Pearse Doherty accuses Michael Lowry of failing to disclose payments

Sinn Féin Finance spokesman Pearse Doherty has made allegations about Michael Lowry TD including the alleged secret burning of documents and alleged cloaked payments from Gibraltar.
Mr Doherty made his allegations under Dáil privilege, while Mr Lowry was out of the chamber. The latter was offered right of reply by the Irish Independent by text, being not immediately contactable.
The Sinn Féin TD first referred to Mr Lowry as "the star of the Moriarty tribunal" which concluded 14 years ago, and whose matters have been the subject of a recent file to the DPP.
